Do you outsource the work?

No. You’re dealing directly with me. If extra help is ever needed, it’s disclosed and still managed end-to-end by me.

Can I do a one-off job (no retainer)?

Yes. Most work is one-off builds, fixes, or tidy-ups. Ongoing work only happens if it genuinely makes sense.

Are there lock-in contracts?

No lock-ins. Accounts stay in your name and you can pause, change, or stop at any time.

Who owns the website / ads / accounts?

You do. Domains, hosting, Google Ads, Analytics — everything is set up in your name, not locked behind an agency login.

How fast can things usually start?

Small jobs can often start within days. Bigger builds depend on scope, but timelines are always clear upfront.

Do you work with small / local businesses?

Mostly. Trades, local services, and owner-operators make up a big chunk of the work — not just corporate brands.

Will I be dealing with salespeople or account managers?

No. There’s no sales layer. You deal directly with the person doing the work.

Can you just fix what’s already there?

Yep. A lot of work is improving existing websites, ads, or setups rather than starting from scratch.

Do you guarantee results?

No guarantees or gimmicks. The focus is on clean setup, good decisions, and transparency — not promises.

What if I don’t really know what I need yet?

That’s normal. Tell me the problem you’re trying to solve and we’ll work out what actually makes sense.

Is this more “custom” or more “template” work?

Practical custom. We reuse proven structures where it helps, and customise where it matters.

Can I make changes myself later?

Yes. You won’t be locked out or reliant on ongoing support just to update basic things.
